Brandon Worley

Brandon Worley Mend Co-Founder Brandon Worley is the co-founder of Mend, a simple, secure, integrated telehealth and patient engagement solution for the modern practice. In this role he is responsible for sustainably growing Mend as it expands to support providers, patients and healthcare organizations across the United States. A proven entrepreneur, Brandon is experienced in raising capital and expanding teams in a variety of start-up ventures, from real estate to healthcare. He is passionate about improving the patient experience by helping providers and healthcare organizations find innovative ways to reduce costs and increase access to care. Brandon and Mend’s three other co-founders – all best friends – recognized a need for Mend when they saw a large gap in how patients and providers communicate with each other. Thus the idea for a customer service-oriented healthcare engagement solution was born. As Mend continues to grow, he prioritizes listening to patients and providers to make sure the Mend team is building solutions that empower them to receive and provide care in an easy to use, affordable and accessible way. Previously, Brandon was the senior vice president of sales at Millennium Health, a leading health solutions company that delivers accurate, timely, clinically actionable information to inform the right treatment decisions for each patient. His experience there opened his eyes to the world of digital health and telemedicine. Brandon earned his finance degree at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business. Born and raised outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan, he currently resides in Akron, Ohio, with his wife, two sons, three dogs and miniature horse. Brandon serves as a long-term mentor to business students and inner city kids. He also serves on three advisory boards for his local United Way, a board for a horse therapy program, and the University of Akron’s marketing department advisory board. When he’s not working or volunteering, you can find him outside, working out or spending time with his family and friends.
